E-Kruise proudly provides full service of Bikeep, including everything full installation of each Bikeep docking station to 24/7 end user support. E-Kruise is the exclusive supplier, installer and provides full operation and rider support.
MAINTENANCE
E-Kruise provides free lifetime maintenance to each station. Our team conducts regular scheduled maintenance to each docking station to ensure that each station is fully operational 24/7. In the case a station is damaged the E-Kruise team will be onsite within 24 hours to repair the station to operating order.
